I am probably going to start taking pictures of food i create and upload them here so I can start work on my presentations, or maybe i should create a separate account for that. (?)

I Stayed up all last night as I was unable to sleep and I cleaned all and organized most of the kitchen. Looks good, I like it the way where I'll know were everything is.

Also, I made the decision to come back to CCAC *Jumps up and down, lights firecrackers, other random celebratory actions.* I'm going back to Culinary Arts and I think I know why.
I talked to a friend and he said basically,"Just go back to school and Don't you care how long it takes you." That and I bumped into another friend of mine who was/is in the Culinary arts program and we got talking and it gave me a lot of confidence in myself. So thank you to those 2 people who ignited the spark. The fire that is burning in me that wants to cook. So with an eager heart and an empty stomach, i present to you ARN'(Iron) CHEF!! LOL XD person who knows what arn' means gets a free request!
